1. Who we are

This website at geonetdevelopmentsinternational.id (the “Website”) is operated by PT Geonet Developments International (“GDI”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia with its registered office at Jl. Raya Kerobokan No. 86, Kerobokan Kelod, Kuta Utara, Badung, Bali 80361, Indonesia.

GDI is the development company within the wider Geonet organisation. Each development shown on the Website is, or will be, held and delivered through its own Indonesian project company.

2. Accepting these terms

By accessing or using the Website you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

These terms apply only to this Website. Other Geonet websites have their own terms.

3. Information only. No offer

The Website provides general information about GDI and the developments it is working on. In particular:

• Nothing on the Website is an offer for sale, or an invitation to buy, of any unit, strata title unit (satuan rumah susun), villa, lot or other property.
• The Website does not accept bookings, reservations, deposits or payments of any kind, and nothing on it should be read as a request for any of these.
• Nothing on the Website is an offer of, or invitation to subscribe for, shares, notes, bonds or any other securities or investment product.
• GDI does not collect or hold funds from the public through the Website.
• Any future sale of property, or any other transaction with GDI or a project company, will only take place under separate written documents that are signed by the parties and comply with Indonesian law. Nothing on the Website forms part of those documents unless they expressly say so.

4. Project information

Descriptions of the developments (including design, number of keys or suites, facilities, partners, construction status and expected timing) reflect our plans as at the date of publication.

Developments of this kind are subject to permits, approvals, construction and other factors outside our control. Plans may change as a result, and we will update the Website when they do. Where a page shows a date, the information on that page is current as at that date.

Images marked “artist impression” are illustrations of design intent. They are not photographs, and the finished development may differ in detail.

5. Research and market materials

Market research, reports and other documents made available through the Website describe market conditions and the performance of comparable properties. They are general information only. They are not a forecast, projection or promise of the performance of any GDI development, and they are not advice of any kind.

You should obtain your own independent advice before making any decision that relates to property in Indonesia.

6. Relationship with Geonet Property & Finance Group

Geonet Property & Finance Group is a separate part of the Geonet organisation, responsible for property, finance and investment activities. The Website carries development information only and GDI does not conduct finance or investment activities through it.

Where the Website links to a Geonet Property & Finance Group website or channel, that website or channel is governed by its own terms and privacy policy, not by these terms.

7. Partners and trademarks

The Website names consultants, designers, operators and other partners engaged on our developments. Their names and logos belong to them and are shown to identify their role on the relevant development. Their appearance does not mean that any partner endorses GDI, the Website or any other matter, or accepts responsibility for the content of the Website.

ELLE is a registered trademark of Lagardère and is used under licence.

All other names, logos and marks on the Website belong to their respective owners.

8. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the content of the Website (including text, renders, photographs, films, plans, graphics and layout) is owned by or licensed to GDI or companies in the Geonet organisation, and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws.

You may view the Website and print or download pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute or commercially use any content without our prior written consent.

9. Media kit

Media materials supplied on request may be used only for editorial coverage of GDI and its developments. They must not be altered, must carry any credit or “artist impression” label supplied with them, and must not be used in advertising or to suggest any offer of property or investment. We may withdraw permission at any time.

10. Contact form and career enquiries

When you send us a message or register interest in a role through the Website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it.

Sending a message does not create any agreement or obligation between you and GDI. Registering interest in a role is not an application for, or offer of, employment.

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Notice, which explains what we collect, why, and your rights under Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.

11. Third-party links and content

The Website may link to, or embed content from, third-party services such as YouTube and Spotify. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or availability. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Using the Website responsibly

You agree not to:

• use the Website in any way that breaks any applicable law;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or any connected system;
• introduce viruses, malicious code or anything that may harm the Website or other users;
• scrape, harvest or collect content or data from the Website by automated means without our written consent; or
• present any content from the Website in a misleading way, including as an offer of property or investment.

13. Access from other countries

The Website is published from Indonesia. It is not directed at any person in any country where its publication or availability would be contrary to local law. If you access the Website from outside Indonesia, you are responsible for complying with your local laws.

14. Accuracy and availability

We take reasonable care to keep the Website accurate and up to date, and we correct errors when we become aware of them. The Website is provided for information, and we do not guarantee that it will be available at all times or free of errors or interruptions.

15. Liability

To the extent permitted by Indonesian law, GDI is not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on general information on the Website, from your use of third-party websites linked from it, or from interruptions to its availability.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Indonesian law, including liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or any right you have under Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the Website or the law. The updated terms will be published on this page with a new “last updated” date and apply from that date. Changes do not apply to anything that happened before they were published.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

18. Disputes

If you have a concern about the Website, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it by discussion. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it will be submitted to the District Court of Denpasar (Pengadilan Negeri Denpasar), without limiting any right you have under Indonesian consumer protection law.

19. Language

These terms are made in Bahasa Indonesia and English. If there is any inconsistency between the two versions, the Bahasa Indonesia version prevails.
